Thank you for a great 2021!

Thank you for a great and productive 2021! This year, the Heritage Home Program saw a lot of growth in our staff and in the communities and homeowners that we are able to assist. With our 2021 staff fielding more than 8,500 calls, emails, and inquiries into our program and more than 2,000 site visits, we are thankful for all of the support from our participating communities this year. The Heritage Home Program is also looking ahead to 2022! We are planning for a great year of presentations possibly in-person and virtual, site visits, and successful loan projects throughout our participating communities. A Heritage Home Program Resource: Site Visits

The Heritage Home Program offers free site visits to homes that are over 50 years old and in one of our participating communities. These site visits are an immense help for homeowners that are looking for advice or reassurance for work done on their homes. Site visits can vary! They are conducted with the homeowner leading the way on any concerns or questions, including a homeowner only asking "what do you think of this moisture issue in my basement?" to going over the best steps to making their dream kitchen a reality.

Our Construction Specialists have a wealth of knowledge in home repair and renovations and bring that advice directly to homeowners with our site visits, virtual or in person. Older homes are an asset to our communities, but it can be very daunting when something goes awry! With some knowledge and care, our homes can be comfortable, safe, and fit with our modern conveniences, and the Heritage Home Program site visits are just one way we help homeowners in enjoying their older homes.

Site visits are available year-round, rain or shine! Homeowners can schedule directly from the Heritage Home Program website. Here are some of the great comments we get from homeowners after their site visits:
