Creative Encounters
by Fieldstone
available to all nonprofits!

Creative Encounters by Fieldstone is a customizable leadership development experience for your entire organization that will provide personal and professional insight for all staff members. Team building exercises are a dynamic form of experiential learning and are proven to be highly effective in developing team and individual skills.

Outdoors or indoors, groups work together to solve problems and challenges seemingly unrelated to their “real life” work environment. The activity is merely the means to an end; a learning experience that empowers individuals to contribute to common goals,
self-reflect, and feel part of a team.

Leadership Reading Group
is in full swing!

Our reading group works with a well-cultivated and meaningful list, including fiction, memoir and general non-fiction, and prescriptive non-fiction. Each book has been selected for its ability to inspire and inform personal leadership development and is balanced with classics and new releases from a variety of authors to provide a
 diverse perspective and learning opportunity.

We are very excited to introduce the participants of our current Leadership Reading Group who started their program in September and will meet monthly through June.
