BoroFest is a celebration of all things Statesboro - from food & drinks to shopping, live music, & summer activities! ☀️ This festival is happening on Friday, June 3rd, from 3-9 p.m.


Submit your application to become a vendor or sponsor at BoroFest. All requests will be reviewed for approval. Once approved, payment will confirm your registration. Vendors can begin setting up for the event as early as 1:30 pm on East Vine Street. Registration end May 19th.

Summer Concert Series: Downtown Live

Statesboro is preparing for summer with the concert series Downtown Live. This series will feature 4 different bands in 4 different concerts.


Downtown Live will kick off on Thursday, June 1, 2023, with The Tams, an Atlanta-based group known for their 60s and 70s chart-topping hits including “Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy” and “What Kind of Fool.”


The Grapevine Band will join the Downtown Live series on June 29 with an interactive show that pays homage to the music of the 60s, 70s, and 80s.


The Swingin’ Medallions will take the stage on July 6 with their signature high-energy beach music style.


Downtown Live will cap the 2023 series with Liquid Pleasure on July 29. Liquid Pleasure has brought audiences to their feet for over five decades. With crowd-pleasing covers of modern groups like The Black Eyed Peas and Outkast to Motown staples like The Temptations and The Supremes, there’s a little something for everyone to enjoy.

Social Studies Storytelling


Come to “Social Studies Storytelling in Statesboro,” an event taking place on Saturday, May 27, at 9:30 a.m. at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Library Community Room. This event will showcase their digital walking tour and provide an opportunity to learn more about the history of Statesboro. 



VTH Factory Block Party


VTH Factory is hosting a block party on May 27th from 10 AM - 3 PM at the 7th Mile Farm! There will be bike races, face painting, food, music, and tons of fun for the whole family.
