Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will hold an abbreviated Annual Conference Session this year. The Bishop, Presiding Elders, Treasurers and Joint Board of Finance will meet on the Friday night of the conference via Zoom. Please remit all payments to the Presiding Elders by the requested dates, so they can settle with the Joint Board at that time.

The Saturday Session will be held LIVE in the locations listed on the registration form (Click here) . If you choose not to attend LIVE, you can attend via Zoom and/or conference call. You must REGISTER to get the log-in information. All PASTORS, MINISTERS ON TRIAL, REGIONAL OFFICERS AND DELEGATES are expected to attend either in person or virtually.

Once you have registered, you will receive the log-in/dial-in information by mail along with a conference program. Please keep both in a safe place so you will have them on the day of the conference! We will NOT do on -site registration and no papers will be handed out in the live sessions.

Masks will be required for all attending in person!

No food or drinks will be served, so if you have dietary needs, bring your own if you are coming to one of the viewing locations.
