Soup Sundays are here!

If you would like to warm yourself up with some homemade soup, you can pick it up in the Parish Hall right after the worship service.

Also, anyone is welcome to help make the soups. We will make the soups from scratch on Fridays at 3:00 pm in the kitchen. All are welcome to help prepare. All money goes to the kitchen renovation fund. If you would like to donate items, please contact Kim Watkins or Bev Selvig.

Life can be difficult, but you don't have to go through it alone. Stephen Ministers are trained caregivers who provide one-on-one, confidential, Christ-centered

support during life's challenges. Whether you're

experiencing grief, illness, or another hardship, a

Stephen Minister can walk alongside you with care

and prayer. If you or someone you know could use a

listening ear and spiritual encouragement, contact

Pastor Russ Leeper, Pastor Intern Beth Hurt, or Linda

Johnson.

Sunday Adult Class - “24 Hours That Changed the World”

This Lent, we’ll take a video journey together to the Holy Land and visit sites where the events of Jesus’ last day took place. Pastor Russ will be leading a Sunday adult class called “24 Hours That Changed the World.” The video will guide us, step by step, through Jesus’ final hours. As we learn together, we’ll also read the biblical accounts of the events of Jesus’ passion, contemplate their significance, and share with each other what they mean for us. We’ll meet Sunday mornings from 10:15 to 11:15. Here's the itinerary for our journey:

February 22 – The Upper Room

March 1 – The Garden of Gethsemane and The High Priest’s House

March 8 – The Fortress of Antonia, The Stone Pavement, and The Via Dolorosa

March 15 – The Chapel of Flagellation

March 22 – The Church of the Holy Sepulcher and The Rock of Calvary

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Join us to find help and encouragement after the death of a loved one. At GriefShare, you’ll find understanding, guidance, relief, and a safe place to navigate the challenges of grief. Each meeting consists of an educational video about a grief topic, as well as time to share with others in a confidential setting.
GriefShare meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. through April 14th. Any adult from the community who has experienced the death of a loved one is invited to join us for this healing and hopeful experience.
Wednesday Lenten Series 2026
Join us for Wednesday worship during Lent at 5:30 PM, starting February 18 (Ash Wednesday), as we remember that the good news really is good news! Our Lenten series, “Tell Me Something Good,” is based on the teachings of Jesus and will take us back to the roots of our faith in the Gospel. In a world so full of bad news, we’ll explore how we can be good news people with Christ as our example. Here are our weekly themes:
·        Ash Wednesday, February 18 – Luke 14:15-24
o  The good news is ... all are invited.
·        Wednesday, February 25 – John 2:1-11 & Matthew 13:31-32
o  The good news is ... so good it catches us by surprise.
·        Wednesday, March 4 – Luke 7:36-50 & Matthew 25:35-40
o  The good news is ... great love for God and neighbor.
·        Wednesday, March 11 – Mark 6:32-44 & Ephesians 3:20-21
o  The good news is ... together, the impossible is possible.
·        Wednesday, March 18 – Matthew 19:13-15 & Deuteronomy 24:17-22
o  The good news is ... protection and care for the vulnerable.
·        Wednesday, March 25 – John 8:2-11 & Matthew 23:23
o  The good news is ... rooted in justice, mercy, and faithfulness.
·        Maundy Thursday, April 2 – John 13:1-35
o  The good news is ... even Judas gets his feet washed.
