Dear Friends,

While we remain on our Lenten journey, surprised by the divine in ordinary objects and one another, we invite you to our Easter celebration.

As the dawn breaks on Easter, Louise Rogers and Ed Sutter will lead an outdoor service at 6:30 a.m. Throughout my adult life, to worship in the morning quiet, as the sun breaks through, creates a sense of awe within me like no other experience. Imagine what it was like for Mary to greet the gardener that first morning.

We look forward to resuming the 8:30 a.m. worship service on Easter morning and throughout the season of Eastertide in the sanctuary. Good news, indeed.

Our 9:45 a.m. Bridge Contemporary and 11:00 a.m. Traditional services will continue to welcome you in person and via livestream.

How fitting that all of these services will include the celebration of the Lord’s Supper as we remember his gift of a new covenant.

PLEASE, plan to make your reservation for all indoor services when the links become available on March 29. Even as we expand in person worship, we will observe safety protocols at all times with masks and social distancing. Although many people are receiving their vaccines, too many have fallen ill in devastating ways with the virus in our community. Please pray for an end to this pandemic.

In faith,

Jo
