VBCF brought a powerful group of volunteer advocates to the 2025 National Breast Cancer Coalition Summit and Lobby Day in Washington, D.C. They met with legislators, pushed for vital funding, and spoke up for patients across Virginia. Read highlights, hear directly from our advocates, and learn how you can get involved.

VBCF is thrilled to welcome two new staff members to our dedicated team – Shelley Callahan and Antonia Arias-Magallon. Shelley is joining us as our statewide Director of Development, and Antonia (Toni) is our Southwest Virginia Events Manager. Together, they are working to retain and build community relationships for mission-focused fundraising to strengthen and expand our work across the Commonwealth.
