Well the fun and games are over, it is time to hunker down and get BACK TO BUSINESS! We all relax a little over the summer, but today, reality sets in and we realize we've let things slide a bit. The last quarter of the year is looming, and we're not sure how the year will stack up - red or black. For some, the holidays mean finishing the year with a bang, for others, the holidays means -- crickets (there's that word again). Now is the time toplan for a strong year end! Oh, and that poll last week - 56% said summer business was crickets. 22% each said awesome and the same as last summer!.
So, to kick off Back to Business Month - a bit of a challenge for you. Go back to last September and review your notes, sales figures, social media and any other marketing initiatives and KPIs through until the end of the year? Were you late getting started?
