Zeber-Martell Clay Studio and Art Gallery expands in the Northside District
With their last expansion being almost two years ago, Zeber-Martell owners, Michael Martell and Claudia Zeber-Martell, thought it was time to connect their former gallery space with their newer space. "I think ours is a story of persistence, hard work, resiliency and a strong belief in what we do as artists has value to our community," said owner Michael Martell. They received such positive energy and feedback from their last expansion that they thought it was time to grow the retail part of their business. "It was time for us to invest in ourselves, the neighborhood, and the belief in the Akron community to continue to support our gallery," said Martell.
The new-side gallery opened during the Downtown Akron Artwalk on March 1.
