Crandon Park Beach Shines in Bealls Fashion Shoot
Bealls Department Store recently selected the beautiful Crandon Park Beach as the backdrop for a still photography shoot featuring fashion models against Miami-Dade County’s stunning coastal scenery. The beach’s natural beauty, tropical atmosphere and expansive shoreline provided a striking setting to showcase the retailer’s fashion in a distinctly South Florida environment. Photoshoots like this can be a powerful way to spotlight a destination while supporting a national advertising campaign. By featuring Crandon Park Beach in widely distributed fashion imagery, the production offers audiences beyond South Florida a glimpse of Miami-Dade County’s scenic appeal and demonstrates how the area’s beaches can serve as compelling backdrops for creative and commercial productions.

Telemundo Makes Waves in Dania Beach
Telemundo’s Unidad de Vida brought high-energy action to Dania Beach. Action scenes for an upcoming episode were filmed in the water and at the iconic Dania Beach Pier, following the show’s main characters alongside children and families from a charitable foundation, as it takes a dramatic turn when two swimmers become part of a fictional shark attack sequence. Highlighting Broward County’s versatility as a filming location and the region’s growing presence of high profile Spanish language television, the production hired over 120 local cast and crew and worked closely with Dania Beach on multiple municipal services including Lifeguards, Sea Turtle Monitors, Police Detail, and Parking Costs.

Seminole History Revisited in Jupiter
Between Two Homelands: A Seminole Journey is a documentary produced by the Seminole Nation Historic Preservation Office and Seminole Media that follows a young girl exploring her family’s ancestral roots in Florida. Earlier this year, members of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma traveled to Riverbend Park in Jupiter to film at Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park, site of an 1838 battle where Seminole warriors defended their homeland and way of life. The production received on-site support from the Loxahatchee Battlefield Preservationists, a Jupiter-based nonprofit dedicated to protecting the area's history. With permit assistance from the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, the project connects younger generations with their heritage while preserving an important chapter of American history of the nation's 250th anniversary.
