Are you preparing your award materials and need to know what kind of submission makes for a winner?
Here are some helpful tips to help guide your award entries:
1) Provide examples. Submit information that tells the whole story of your project (increases in property values, retail sales numbers, grants/donations/funds that helped you to succeed).
2) Provide photos. Photos are preferred over copies of studies or written reports. The goal is to balance the information you provide with the brevity of your work. Before and after photos are required.
3) Remember the committee knows nothing of your project. Make sure your narrative, PowerPoint and pictures explain your project and the positive impact it had or will have on your CRA/City.
