Final Reminder to Pay 2023 Association Dues. Late Fees Assessed on Feb. 7, Avoid MLS Suspensions by Feb. 13

This is a reminder to all members that 2023 annual Association Dues were due by January 31, 2023. All NHMR Members were sent an email notification that their 2023 Dues Invoice has been posted to their Member portal account on NHMRealtors.com. Please follow the following links if you still have an outstanding payment.

Payments received after Feb. 6 will incur a $50 late fee.
Anyone with outstanding dues payments as of February 13th will be suspended. Suspensions will also affect your SmartMLS Membership.

All Members who paid their bill on time will receive a credit for a free CE class through NHMR in 2023.
CONTINUING EDUCATION COMPLETION DATES HAVE CHANGED!!

The Real Estate Commission has changed the mandatory completion requirements for Continuing Education for Salespersons and Brokers. 12 hours of CE must be completed 90 days prior to Real Estate license expiration on the even numbered years. That translates to the following dates:

  • Brokers must complete CE prior to September 1, 2024
  • Salespersons must complete CE PRIOR to March 1, 2024
Mandatory & Elective Classes Added for February

We have begun the CE Cycle for 2022 - 2024 and classes are being offered. The mandatory course is:
CT Agency Law for Real Estate Licensees
You can register for this course now! We also recommend members take an Ethics class to fulfil the NAR mandate.
