AVAILABLE PROPERTY

Beautiful downtown Kingsport space for lease in prime location! 217 Broad Street Suite 110 is located in a high traffic area with several other beauty professionals and photography studios sharing a hallway with this suite.

Located just off the main entry of Broad Street next to Boomtown & co., Little Cake and Hometown Cottage, it's a perfect place for a small spa, law office, tattoo shop, or any small business looking for affordable office space! Space is 795 Square feet and comes with a large office space with a door and a sink included.

Gorgeous exposed brick and tall open ceilings give this industrial chic space even more character. $814 a month and can sublet from the current tenant until the end of December. Otherwise, a new lease agreement can be signed with Urban Synergy in December. Water and common area maintenance is included in this. New tenants would need to transfer the electricity to their name. Custom built barn door dividing walls can be purchased if a new tenant would like to use them. We used them to section off the open area to provide another private treatment room for our spa guests.

Don't miss an excellent opportunity to be in the heart of downtown! Please contact Jessica Cunningham at 423-817-5858 for more details or to arrange a showing."

ONGOING & UPCOMING

LAMPLIGHT THEATRE

FOLK FEST

Fall season is upon us and what better way to celebrate than at LampLight Theatre’s Folk Fest on Broad.  Come and usher in the fall season as we celebrate the mountain heritage of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia. On Saturday, October 1st, revisit the old days and enjoy local traditions on Broad Street in Historic downtown Kingsport.

Arts and Crafts booths will be set up by local artisans, crafters and churches. Candles, jewelry, wreaths, and seasonal handmade crafts will be for sale. There are still open spaces for individuals or groups wishing to sell their wares.

All day long, good “vittles” will be on hand. Food Trucks will be on-site and vendors will be selling home-cooked food including pinto beans, cornbread, and fried apple pies.  Make sure you bring a good appetite with you.

Entertainment for all ages will be going on all day as well. Live music and storytelling will take place on our Broad Street stage. For the kids, there will be a special area with face painting, crafts, and a bounce house.

Folk Fest on Broad runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 1st.  The admission for the festival is FREE.

However, don’t leave after the activities on the street have concluded! There’s more that night! Come inside the theatre for the Down-Home Jamboree: “Old Time Gospel Sing.”  These performances are done in true “Gaither Homecoming” sing-a-long fashion with old and new gospel favorites, southern gospel, and shape note singing. This a performance so nice that we have to do it twice! So there are two opportunities to catch this toe-tappingly good time, Saturday October 1st at 7:00 PM and Sunday, October 2nd at 3:00 PM.

The concert is $15 for Adults, $10 for Students, and FREE for children under 5. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Doors will open one hour prior to the performance. Reservations are suggested and can be made by calling the LampLight Box Office at (423) 343-1766, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm or online at www.lamplighttheatre.com.
