LOCAL WASHINGTON HEIGHTS ARTIST, FEEGZ CELEBRATES FINAL NIGHT OF "DISPLACED VANDALISM NYC" EXHIBIT
New York, NY--On Wednesday, September 25th, 2013, local Washington Heights artist Carlos Jesus Martinez Dominguez, a.k.a. FEEGZ, will celebrate the closing of his celebrated exhibit, Displaced Vandalism NYC at the office of Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez. The exhibit touches on themes of hip-hop culture and graffiti and the bridges of Dominican culture between New York City and the Dominican Republic.
This is the last chance to see this show before the artist takes the exhibit home to his ancestral home of the Dominican Republic. The artist will be on hand to answer questions about his work.
This is the latest installment of a series of local artist exhibits to be held at the office of Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez. Council Member Rodriguez has opened his office as gallery space for local artists to give them an opportunity to show their work to the community. Due to a lack of gallery space in the district, this is a great chance for residents to view quality artwork from their talented neighbors.
