Two weeks ago, the casts, crews and friends of the 2018/2019 Hart House Theatre Season got together to celebrate the accomplishments of the last year. Along with the festivities, was the awarding of the Subscriber's Choice Awards, where our subscribers can give  recognition to those artists and productions that made the season so enjoyable. Launching Your Career  with UofT Spotlight
When: Sat., Apr. 20, 2019 | 1-4 pm
Where: Hart House Theatre
Cost: Free
So, you’ve done a few shows, attended our workshops, maybe even studied theatre at U of T…what’s next? Join U of T Spotlight as we explore how to jump-start your career in theatre, tips for breaking into the business and working in Union vs. Non-Union settings. Co-facilitated by stage manager Dustyn Wales (accompanied by a professional actor) this workshop is a fantastic opportunity for emerging artists of all levels.   For more in here>>
National Theatre School Drama Festival - Toronto Regionals
This annual competition is on our stage April 10-13, 2019 and will be adjudicated by Shaista Latif. The National Theatre School Festival provides a showcase for high school drama students to demonstrate their unique work. It brings together a large community to view, discuss and enjoy each other’s creative efforts, under the guidance of experienced adjudicators. It facilitates and inspires a love of dramatic literature, team work, problem solving, originality and entrepreneurship. It invites current and future audiences to fall in love with theatre. Rolling Thunder Charity Golf Tournament
Join the Hart House Theatre family as we support one of our own. We are excited to announce the return of our Technical Director Brian Campbell this coming May. Brian and his family have created an event to support Spinal Cord Injury Ontario , an organization that has given so much to him and his family. The Rolling Thunder Charity Golf Tournament will be held on May 23, 2019 at Flamborough Hills Golf and Country Club . More information   here >>
