Final Weigh-ins & Measurements will be held:
Thursday, March 3rd, 6 am to 6:00 pm at our Ocean Location
*No measurements will be taken after 6 pm.

Announcement of Winners, Prize Money & Gift Certificates
We will be handing out prize money and gift certificates starting Monday March 7th. You will receive an email announcing the winners a day or two after final weigh ins.
Body Fat Challenge Exit Nutrition Session
All Body Fat Challenge participants are entitled to an Exit Nutrition Session. We will be calling you to set up this appointment. We will discuss how you should eat once the Challenge is over depending on whether you want to continue to lose weight or maintain your new weight.

Once the Body Fat Challenge is over we are hoping that you will continue with your healthy eating and exercise program to maintain your results. "You can't store fitness" is one of my favorite quotes so please don't think you can just stop what you have been doing the last 6 weeks and keep the results you have gotten. You need to either continue working out on your own, join a gym or even better, continue with us!
