Tips for Financial Success
Make a Budget
It's a good idea to prepare a budget to help manage your spending. Consider weekly or monthly expenses, and what income you will have in comparison. Download this Budget Worksheet to track your spending and ensure you have enough money for your purchases.
Credit and Debit Cards
It's easy to swipe a credit or debit card to pay for your purchases. Be sure there is money in your checking account to avoid costly overdraft fees.
Manage Your Account
Complete a refund request on MySlice if you are expecting a refund of your financial aid monies after all of your costs are paid. While on MySlice, be sure to check your MySlice account to ensure that a hold is not posted. If a hold does appear on your account, contact the Bursar's Office.
