Our new video tells the story of three older adults benefiting from our grant programs. Thanks to all of our partners and grantees who helped us put this together!

Free Workshop for Grantees on Financial Sustainability
Are you interested in learning sustainability principles to grow your own funding? If so, sign up now for our first workshop in a new speaker series designed for our grantees.
Tufts Health Plan Foundation grantees have expressed interest in assistance from the foundation beyond grant dollars. In response, the foundation is pleased to partner with Root Cause to develop a series around topics important to nonprofits. The first in this series will be a focus on financial sustainability.
The workshop will be led by Root Cause's Stephen Pratt, director of consulting, and Susan Musinsky, Social Innovation Forum director. The two will share the financial sustainability framework they have developed, including real-life examples, and engage in a dialogue about how participants might employ sustainability principles and create an organizational relationship map to expand and grow their own funding -- ultimately growing their organizations.
Tuesday, February 25 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tufts Health Plan, 705 Mt. Auburn Street in Watertown
Space is limited. Click here to RSVP by February 20.
Please note there is free visitor parking at Tufts Health Plan.
Highlights from our Healthy Aging Forum
More than 400 Massachusetts government and business leaders, policy makers, community advocates, and health and wellness providers convened on January 24, 2014 at the Boston Marriott Newton for "Healthy Aging in the Commonwealth: Charting a Path Forward," which we held in partnership with the Massachusetts Health Policy Forum.

Healthy Aging Data Report
At this year's forum, we unveiled the highly-anticipated Massachusetts Healthy Aging Data Report: Community Profiles, the first-of-its-kind report to list nearly 100 healthy aging indicators for older adults in each of the Commonwealth's 351 cities and towns plus the 16 neighborhoods of Boston.
The report was featured in a Boston Globe article on disparities in aging across the state.
At the forum, we also launched a new website for the Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative designed to connect professionals, advocates, senior activists, and communities in the field of healthy aging. We encourage you to join the website community and share ideas and resources online. Become a member today!
