Monthly News and Updates from the Wellness Program
Building a Healthy Campus!

The vision for the University Faculty and Staff Wellness Program is to create a campus environment that supports the health and well-being of faculty and staff to maximize their quality of life and productivity.

To meet this goal, we benchmark against other university and corporate wellness programs. Research in the area of workplace health and well-being is robust, and we work to stay informed about best practices. And we solicit feedback from you, our participants. Over the next few months, we will be inviting a random group of our Wellness Participants to a focus group for an in person discussion about the program and any changes or ideas you have for the future. If you are selected for one of these meetings, we hope you will be able to join us.

Thank you for participating and sharing your feedback. We love working to make CWRU the best place to thrive and be well.
