Spring Into Wellness

within Orange County!

Welcome to Spring! We know that changing seasons can impact our state of wellbeing. Approximately 5% of adults experience Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). With all of the rain we’ve had in Orange County, we could all benefit from the warmer, sunnier spring weather. Here are “5 Ways to Boost Your Mental Health for Spring” from Psychology Today.

April is also National Minority Health Month and we are celebrating diversity and awareness throughout Orange County highlighting some of the amazing mental health and wellness activities taking place in your communities. Reducing the stigma around mental health in our diverse communities is our goal so please take a look below for some events happening in your area.
