Fitness Classes -  Etiquette Reminder

  • Please arrive on time. Should you have to arrive late or need to leave early, please setup quietly at the back of the room. 
  • Sign in prior to class participation.
  • Classes are group activities. Do your best to follow along with the instructor.
  • Refrain from reserving spots for friends. 
  • Wear proper shoes. 
  • Please help other stay focused on the teacher's instruction by keeping chatter and side conversations to a minimum and not disruptive to the class environment. 

Adult Drop-in Clinics

Monday - Adult Clinic
O pen to all adults of all playing levels, will 
1 :30PM - 3:00PM with Jake. 

Wednesday - Mom's Morning Out Clinic
Open to ladies rated 3.5 or higher 
8:00AM - 9:30AM with Brad.

Thursday - Advanced Clinic
Open to men rated 3.5 or higher and women rated 4.0 or higher 
1:00PM - 2:30PM with Jake 

The  clinics are held weekly. 
The cost per  clinic is $20.00 per person. 
Minimum of 4 players and maximum of 8 players.
