Steeple Chase offers sophisticated living and an enviable Lake Mary Boulevard address. Creative Mailbox & Sign Desgins worked with Taylor Morrison to create custom decorative street signs to add to the sophisticated style of the community. Through this collaboration Creative Mailbox & Sign Designs successfully designed, fabricated, and installed custom scalloped street signs with a custom community logo panel. Creative Mailbox & Sign Designs also fabricated and installed numerous stop signs and speed limit signs throughout the community. To view more of our street signs, click here! In addition, the Steeple Chase project was not complete without a sophisticated monument sign welcoming homeowners, potential homeowners, and guests into this prestigious community. Creative Mailbox & Sign Designs partnered with Seminole Masonry Partners to make this monument sign come to life. We fabricated and installed this beautiful monument. Seminole Masonry built the wall and stone veneer on which the sign is mounted. This sign was fabricated with custom cabinets projecting reverse lit channel letters. The cabinets are painted with a faux CORTEN paint to replicate a rustic look! The channel letters are painted with brushed aluminum and mounted to both sides of the cabinet.
