Gain wisdom with your evening rituals and create regularity and routine for your restful sleep. Sara will share ten practices to choose from along with gentle movement, pranayama (breath work), and guide students to establish a sustainable routine for bedtime. Many are struggling to find rest at night while others have the additional complication of hormonal changes which exacerbates the nervous system. It's time to time to take back your night and make the most of your time of rest!
