Breathing into the Deep Front Core
Join us for a discussion of Pranayama (The Breath Practice) and learn how to incorporate breath into your Asana practice more fully. Pat will show us some breathing techniques and guide us through a gentle practice designed to help us maintain a calm, inner focus. We will also us the breath to strengthen our core through activation of the Bandhas.
This class will include a demonstration so dress comfortably!
Our Community Workshop Series is presented free of charge. Donations are accepted and will be donated to the local charity of the instructor's choosing.
