SPRING FAIR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Our Spring Fair is a favorite event for students and families, but we currently don’t have enough parent volunteers to run all the games and stations. To keep everything open and fun for everyone, we need more helping hands.

Without additional volunteers, all the games and stations will not be open.

On Saturday, March 28, volunteers are needed to help run game and activity stations during Fair hours (9:45 AM–3:00 PM) and/or to assist with cleanup and breakdown starting at 2:45 PM. Your time and support are truly appreciated.

Keep in mind that spouses or grandparents may also volunteer. For parents/spouses/grandparents, sign up here

Since the Spring Fair is a family event with parents in attendance, volunteer clearances ARE NOT required on SATURDAY.

If you have any questions or have South or Unami students that would like to volunteer, please contacSarah Villamayor at sevillamayor@gmail.com

TEACHER FAVORITE THINGS LIST UPDATED

Parents are often interested in knowing what teachers and staff members like or enjoy. View an updated list here of our staff members favorite things. This is a good reference for gifts as well as every day little surprises!

This list includes teachers, administrators, custodial staff, support staff, specialists and itinerants. This is completely voluntary and will remain open all year if you are looking for the inside scoop.

CONTRIBUTE TO HELP SUPPORT PTO PROGRAMS & EVENTS

PTO events and activities would not be available without our volunteers and the financial contribution by the Butler families. In support of our efforts, we are asking for a $15 contribution per household (Butler Family) as the means to offset the expenses for organizing and holding the events.

For those who wish, you can sponsor another Butler family’s $15 contribution. Payment is preferred through MyPaymentsPlus or submit a check with this form.
