Announcing the Launch of the Pinnacle Library Cooperative Book Club

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Pinnacle Library Cooperative Book Club! In this online community, you will connect with other library patrons and community members through the enjoyment of reading and discussing books related to lifelong learning, social issues, literature, psychology and other user-submitted ideas. There is no cost to participate – you just have to get a copy of the book from your preferred source.

Sign-up by May 4th to join us for our first book selection at https://www.pbc.guru/pinnaclelibraries or keep reading to learn more.

How it works
The book club will connect through a private online forum where members can discuss the current book and network with each other. The group will spend two to three months on each book, so you'll have plenty of time to read. You can learn more here: https://www.pbc.guru/pinnaclelibraries

Why should you join?
There are three main reasons we hope you'll be excited to participate in our book club: 1) To gain a stronger connection to your community, 2) To embrace lifelong learning and personal growth, and 3) Because reading is good for you!

PBC Guru manages professional book clubs for companies, libraries and alumni associations and will be moderating the group to help make this program a great experience for all. Please email them at info@pbc.guru with any questions or visit their website at http://www.pbc.guru to see more of what they do.

Census 2020: Make it Count!
The census is a survey conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau every 10 years. Not only is the census required by the Constitution, but it’s critically important to communities because census data determines how funds are distributed to states, counties and communities.
