OSHA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Heat Rule


OSHA has extended the public comment period to Jan. 14, 2025, for its proposed rule on heat exposure in indoor and outdoor workplaces. OSHA also announced an informal public hearing on the proposed rule will begin on June 16, 2025.
