A Message from the Executive Director

Hello Ryder,

As we near the end of the school year, I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect on our successes and look excitedly ahead at what’s to come. 

If you haven’t already re-enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year, I want to urge you to do so. At three of the Pivot schools last year, the number of pupils who wished to attend exceeded the school's capacity and a waitlist was created and random public drawings were held. Not all students had the opportunity to enroll. So if your student is eligible to return, get your re-enrollment submitted so you have a secured spot. 

Pivot is a tight-knit community and our personalized learning approach helps us reach students who may not thrive in a traditional school setting. We are dedicated to providing each and every student with the best education possible. If you think someone you know would do well at Pivot, we'd love to hear from you to introduce them to our program!

In this edition, we’ll hear from multiple students who utilize Pivot’s concurrent enrollment in community colleges for high school and college credit, FOR FREE. We are proud to offer a flexible learning environment that allows our students to pursue their passions and push themselves farther while still receiving a traditional high-school education.

We’ll also share information about the great team of Pivot staff that works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our students and families have the support they need throughout their entire Pivot career, from enrollment to graduation. 

Finally, I want to highlight our upcoming graduations. This is always a bittersweet time for us as we say goodbye to our graduating seniors and wish them well in their next journey.
