Sponsorships and The Product Pavilion

Research shows that sponsorship is becoming a popular form of marketing in the U.S.

So, why should your company be interested in sponsorship? With a Fire & Ice Show Sponsorship, you can broaden your  competitive advantage  by increasing your visibility, as well as showing support for our event.

The Product Pavilion gets your most interesting or newest products right in front of distributors as they enter the stadium and congregate while gathering their registration materials.

Show Details

  •  CLICK for booth assignments with floor plan  - every effort was made to accommodate your requests for specific space.   The floor plan is page 1, and page 2 is the list of exhibitors sorted by booth number.   Please review and ensure no changes are needed.
  • Hotel Block - UMAPP headquarters hotel will be the Radisson Red Minneapolis, just 1-1/2 blocks from the US Bank Stadium.   Rate will be $129 per night plus parking.   A reservation link will be available soon.   The hotel block expires on March 16.
    1. CLICK HERE for instructions to book online or call the hotel and ask for the UMAPP rate:  612-252-5400.
  • Incoming Freightyou may have heard . . . but no need to panic . . .  that US Bank Stadium does not accept any advanced shipments of freight for the show.   We have options for you!
    • Advanced shipping through Brede Expo Services (Yellow Freight).  Shipping forms will be available soon.
    • Shipments may possibly be made through UPS, FedEx, or a private carrier to delivered on set up day.   More details to follow.
    • Ship to your hotel and bring over to the stadium.
  • Loading Dock - again, you may have heard that the loading dock is a distance from the concourse (show floor).   Not to worry!  We will make this as easy for all of  the suppliers who need to unload and move freight upstairs to the show floor.  It's not that far . . and we will have large flat beds available for use.
    • The loading dock is easy to spot from the outside of the stadium, and we will have signage.
    • It is for unloading only and then cars must be moved.   Each exhibitor will have a loading dock pass emailed to place on the dash in order to gain access through the security guard.  Again, it is not a parking pass.  There is no parking or leaving vehicles inside the dock.
    • We will have people available to help load freight onto the flat beds and take your freight to your booth ~ or ~ help you unload onto the dock and you can go park your car and return to pick up the freight with one of our flatbeds.
    • There is a large freight elevator a short distance from the loading dock.
    • All in all, it should be a short process to get freight from the loading dock to the concourse, depending on your booth location.
  • Parking Downtown - there is ample parking in various locations around the vicinity of US Bank Stadium.   Parking maps will be made available to everyone.  The most common place to park, and closest, is the Fleet Farm ramp by the stadium.  To look ahead, you can Google this and find out more information.  It is a short, 5-minute walk from the ramp to the stadium.
