Celebration of Life for Fire Captain Jason Craig

On Friday, January 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., firefighters will gather together to pay their respects to CAL FIRE Southern Ops Riverside (CSR) Fire Captain Jason Craig, who passed away on December 16, 2024, in Yucaipa, California. 

  

Captain Craig started his career with CAL FIRE in 2004 as a Fire Fighter I in San Bernardino Unit and worked through the ranks to Fire Captain. He will be greatly missed throughout the CAL FIRE family.  

  

Celebration of Life:

Date: Friday, January 3, 2025

Time: 11:00 A.M.

Location: Immanuel Baptist Church, 28355 Baseline Street, Highland, CA 92346 

 

Uniformed Personnel need to arrive at 8:45 A.M. for a briefing by the Honor Guard Protocol Officer and line up for the “Sea of Blue” at Immanuel Baptist Church. The family has requested dress attire for uniformed personnel to be either Department Class A Uniform or Administrative Uniform. Fire Fighter I’s can wear long-sleeve Uniform Class B with tie. 

  

Non-Uniformed Personnel need to arrive by 10:00 A.M. Business formal attire is appropriate. 

  

Static Equipment is permitted at the memorial location and should arrive no later than 8:00 A.M.  RSVP is Required for logistical placement.

  

Honor Guards from local government agencies wishing to participate in Friday’s service are welcome. RSVP is Required for logistical placement.
