Principal's Message

Another productive week for the Firebirds. We are preparing for our first set of Benchmark tests. Students and staff use this important data to determine the best path for growth in reading, writing and math.

We have a DJ, and some fun activities planned this week and through October 15th during lunches in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month. Be on the lookout for some fun take home items and activities from your children.

If you're not already connected with your child's teacher, please reach out and get connected with Class Dojo or email and please be sure we have the most up-to-date phone number as well. The school-home connection is a great way to ensure we are a team in your student's academic journey.

Friendly Reminders & Updates

Student Handbook

  • Scholars are held to high standards both in and out of the classroom. All students will be bringing home a signature/attestation form that they have read and understood the handbook. Please see the Parent/Scholar Handbook should you have concerns. Please contact the Front Office if you would like a paper copy.

Lost & Found

  • Throughout the school year the Lost & Found can be found in the lobby of B-Building during the week. Please ask your student to check this area for lost items. Please put your child’s name on their items to help with identification.

Front Office Reminders

  • We are asking that no students are signed out of school after 2:15 pm. This will assist with end of day procedures and allow for our pick-up procedures in the parking lots to run smoothly and keep everyone safe.

Camelback Visitors

  • When coming onto our campus, please always enter through the main doors in the front of the school and sign in at the desk. A photo ID is required to sign a student out of school.

Aftercare

  • After care sign-outs do not start until 4:10PM. A photo ID is required to sign a student out of school. Aftercare closes promptly at 6:00 PM.
