Client Suffers Permanent Hand Injuries in ATV Rollover Crash

Our client was operating a Powersports vehicle that was modified by the dealership with aggressive mud tires. When driving side-by-side with another Powersports vehicle the aggressive tires suddenly caused the machine to roll onto its side. During the rollover, our client's left hand was crushed.    Our client was airlifted to a trauma center and underwent over a dozen surgeries to repair the damage. Sadly, she lost three fingers and the function in half of her hand.    During the investigation, Attorney Shana P. Nogues discovered the dealer violated the manufacturer's specifications by installing the tires. The lawsuit alleged that the raised center of gravity coupled with the aggressive threads led to the rollover and the catastrophic injuries.
