Friend Day was awesome! Thank you to all who invited a “friend.” Your efforts were rewarded by the Lord as we saw four people pray to receive Jesus as Savior! We welcome Hayden Donnelly, Milly Luckie, Alexis Desselle, and Susanne Cooke – all upon their profession of faith in Jesus Christ and baptism.
As if Friend Day wasn’t enough, Bro. Brad knocked it out of the park with the Senior Adult gathering on Monday. 160+ were entertained by Barney Fife impersonator Larry DeLawder and his family. Larry also plays the meanest harmonica you will ever hear. In addition, he was joined by his wife and two daughters in some fabulous singing. I have heard nothing but excited comments, with many stating that Larry’s show was one of the best they have ever experienced.
