September 14, 2020

Dear Families,

It was wonderful welcoming all of our students back to campus over the past week, and we look forward to the 2020-2021 school year.

We want to make sure the first day of learning goes as smoothly as possible. To ensure that everyone is prepared for the technological demands of our hybrid school model, we have decided to move Day 1 of classes to Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

This change in our schedule will allow us to complete the technology hardware testing, provide our faculty additional time to prepare and test the combined in-person and at-home teaching process, and confirm any last-minute needs as we begin our blended reopening plan. We want to make certain that our students have the best possible interactive educational experience whether learning at home, virtually, or in school.

All students will stay home on Tuesday, September 15. All faculty and staff will report to school.

On Wednesday, September 16, 2020, all students in the B group should report to school. All A group students will log in at home to their classes being live-streamed.

On Thursday, September 17, 2020, all students in the A group will report to school. All B group students will log in at home to their classes being live-streamed.

On Friday, September 18, 2020, all students in the B group should report to school. All A group students will log in at home to their classes being live-streamed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding with the adjustment to this week's schedule.

God Bless,
Mr. James Leary, Acting President
