Ministers of Care Needed


If you feel called to bring the healing presence of Jesus Christ to homebound parishioners, please prayerfully consider the upcoming Fall Minister of Care Training on Saturday, September 17th and 24th from 9am to 3pm at St. Francis de Sales in Lake Zurich. Full participation in both days will fulfill Archdiocesan requirements for mandation.

If you or someone you know is hungry, please drive through our St. Julian parking lot tomorrow, Thursday, September 1st between 6:30 and 7:30pm for Summer Supper. We're serving a traditional Oktoberfest meal with all the fixings.

This Friday, September 2nd is First Friday. Eucharistic Adoration begins immediately following morning Mass at approximately 8:45am and continues until the Closing Benediction at 11:45am. Please drop by to spend some quiet time with Our Lord.

QUEEN OF THE ROSARY SCHOOL REPORT


Mrs. Maldonado’s fifth grade opened a recent math lesson with a STEM activity that found them testing straw rockets and measuring the distance each traveled. Using hands on activities and manipulatives enables students to more readily understand concepts.
