Hello, Church!
This week I want to be sure to communicate some important information to you about our Children’s Ministry! Please look below to see how we are beginning to offer additional in-person opportunities for parents and kids to connect with Jesus and one another!
This represents our starting point for in-person ministry to families and their kids. We will continue to open up more opportunities as we have interest AND volunteers. We are also looking to hire additional nursery staff. This is where all of you can help. As we continue along and eventually come out of this pandemic, we are committed to dramatically increasing the number of volunteers serving in our family ministries. We also want to make sure that our efforts are aimed at ministering to, and supporting parents, grandparents, guardians, and all those raising children.
As you look at the schedule below, you will note that going forward we are placing a high value on giving kids an opportunity to be part of multi-generational worship. Hear me: kids are wanted in worship. With all their wiggles, giggles, and spontaneity. While we will be providing nursery care for our youngest kids during the worship hour, I don’t want you to think for one second that it means we don’t prefer to have your kids with us in the worship time!
