Guam Air National Guard's Awards Ceremony 2023

The Guam Air National Guard has advised that their Awards Ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 4, 2023.

This year's recognition will be awarded as follows:

Airman of the Year - Drill Status Guardsman
Airman of the Year - Full Time Staff
Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year - Drill Status Guardsma
Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year - Full Time Staff
Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year - Drill Status Guardsman
Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year - Full Time Staff
Company Grade Officer of the Year
Field Grade Officer of the Year - Drill Status Guardsman
Field Grade Officer of the Year - Full Time Staff
Civilian of the Year

Through our Armed Forces Committee partnership with the local military commands, we are seeking contributions for prizes in the above categories to be presented at the Awards Banquet. Items such as brunches, lunches or dinners for two, weekend getaways, hotel overnight stays, shopping gift certificates, or optional tours are welcome. Any contribution you make will be greatly appreciated.

We request that gift certificates be delivered to the Chamber Office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023 to allow time for preparation of packets for the awardees.

Toys for Tots Recap in 2022

We would like to thank our member companies who have participated as a drop-off site during the 2022 Toys for Tots Program. There were over 100 sites that the community were able to drop in their donations. Gifts were shared to The Salvation Army, Catholic Social Services, Harvest House and hospital pediatric wards. We were able to share some gifts with the children in Saipan, Rota and Tinian.

We appreciate your continued support for this worthy program and for bringing hope to a child during the Christmas season.
