Presbyterian Women to meet September 13, 2022 at 5:00pm, in the Fellowship Hall and on Zoom!

All women of the church are welcome to join us for salads, dessert & beverages as we gather for a new year of circle meetings!

Judy Davis will share Lesson 1 from “Celebrating Sabbath: Accepting God’s Gift of Rest and Delight.”

Current members of Elizabeth Ann Circle are asked to bring a garden, pasta, or fruit salad, and members of Martha and Ruth Circles are asked to bring dessert or beverages.

Be sure to invite your friends to church on September 25th for the Kirkin' o' the Tartan Service! They won't want to miss it!

The children's music ministry started back last night! We had a first great rehearsal with both of our children's choirs. If you missed the first rehearsal, that's okay! We'll still be happy to see you next Wednesday!

Children 3 years old through 1st grade are invited to Joyful Noise at 4:30pm to ring bells, sing praise, participate in a rhythm band, and puppetry arts.

Our new children’s choir Hallelujah Kids will meet at 5:00pm for 2nd through 8th graders to learn to ring tone chimes and handbells, sing praise, participate in a drumming circle, and puppetry arts.

Childcare will be available from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM each Wednesday at the church for parents who are involved in the church music ministry.

Give-A-Bell Program

   For continued growth of our Carillon Bell Choir, we need more handbells - a terrific challenge to have and to meet! We are incredibly blessed as a church to have the original gift of three octaves of handbells, and now we need to add a fourth.

   Our Give-A-Bell fundraising effort provides an opportunity for ALL in our congregation to give to a handbell fund for the music ministry. Our goal to is raise enough for an octave of handbells, making room in the bell choir for an additional five ringers!

   If you would like to make a contribution to the Give-A-Bell program, please click HERE to fill out the form and attach cash or a check made out to FPC and place it in the offering plate this Sunday or drop it off at the church office. Please put “Give-A-Bell” or “Handbells” in the memo space on your check or envelope.

   Donations can also be made via Text to Give, by texting FPCCOV to: 73256

   Contributors will be acknowledged in the worship guide by the name(s) given when the new handbells are dedicated. Thank you!
