• FHA / VA / USDA to 6.00% from 5.75%
• Conv. to 6.50% from 6.25% 

The following interest rate change is effective for Step Up loans reserved on or after 9:45 AM, May 16, 2025:

• FHA / VA / USDA to 6.75% from 6.50%
• Conv. to 7.25% from 7.00%
