To provide families with the highest quality of services, First Steps adheres to the Health Families America Best Practice Standards. Applying these 100+ standards requires great attention to detail, monitoring, support, and guidance. Supervision is a unique piece of the Healthy Families America model and provides a safe place for staff to discuss and share strategies, successes, and challenges they experience in their work.

This month we wanted to spotlight our First Steps Supervisors and highlight the amazing work they contribute to ensure high-quality family support services!
