One Great Hour of Sharing

“Nobody hungry, nobody thirsty” is the hope of God in Isaiah. It is also the hope of One Great Hour of Sharing. One Great Hour of Sharing is one of four special mission offerings of the United Church of Christ. This Easter offering supports the disaster, refugee, and development ministries of the United Church of Christ within Wider Church Ministries.

With the gifts of our hearts, we let love flow, like new well-water to a thirsty village; for crops, for cooking, for life! Let our giving be an upwelling of generosity and may the stream of love bring about God's kin-dom. Gifts can be made by mailing or dropping off a check at the church with OGHS noted on the memo line or you may donate online by way of the church's website: www.firstchurchoberlin.org. Simply click on the "donate online button" and indicate an amount for One Great Hour of Sharing under the category of Special Offerings.

Let your gift to One Great Hour of Sharing put your prayers into action.
