Growing up in the Bronx, Sandy understood at a young age the importance of survival of the fittest. Her earliest memories are training with her Korean father who is a martial artist & fighter.
Sandy is the founder of FemAlliance, an organization that supports womens' empowerment through teaching self-defense and empowerment coaching.
She incorporates the spiritual aspects of inner training with Art of Combat teachings. Her passion is to have women understand how learning to protect themselves changes everything...shifting the dynamic from fem-victim to
Stephanie
is the owner of Safety Steph CPR & First Aid Training. She grew up in south central Alaska. Currently, she lives in Santa Clarita California with her husband, moving there 4 years ago from Manchester, England. Stephanie is certified to teach CPR & First Aid, for both the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association.
She is also a Certified EMT (Emergency Medical Tech).
She shares, I love to help people learn to save lives. Making learning fun at the same time is the bonus!
