8 a.m. September 29 Pastor Lu and Betty arrived in the U.S. Here's a glimpse of their first week:

After 5 years of research, translating, and proof-reading, the new Lisu language Bible is ready to print! Lisu believers in northern Myanmar and across the borders have been praying and waiting for years to have a Bible. Now its our turn-- we have the privilege to see that every family in these remote, Lisu villages has a Bible.

Dear Friends,

It was 9 years ago this week, sitting in Kentucky Fried Chicken in Yangon, Myanmar, that the vision for an organization in the US. to support Asia Frontier Outreach-SE Asia was born. And here we are today: supporting Pastor Lu and his family, 10 Jesus Foot Soldiers, over 50 children in Family-Based Child Care, and responding to urgent needs as they arise.

This would not be possible without YOU - our prayer warriors and financial supporters. Thank you for standing with us. I hope you are able to connect with Pastor Lu and Betty while they are in the U.S. However, I know many of you will not be able to see them.
