The Road to Finals
As we approach finals and the semester winds down, find some time to relax with virtual activities and on-campus programs offered by the University's offices. It's also a good time to learn about academic services available during Finals Week. View more about these events and services on The Road to Finals website.
Take a study break and come out for a snack under the Breezeway and see New Student and Transitional Programs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26th! It's crunch time! See you then.
Celebrate the achievement of completing your first year at USI
Congratulations! You have "almost" finished your first year of college! Make sure you take some time to recognize this achievement and relax a bit this summer. Some celebratory ideas:
  • Create a summer bucket list
  • Write a letter to yourself in one year
  • Submit a piece of advice for next year's incoming class
  • Create a virtual yearbook
  • Make a summer playlist
Southern Indiana Dance Marathon
Our school is on a mission to help kids in our local community. We are raising funds and awareness through Riley Dance Marathon for our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Riley Hospital for Children, which treats children from our area and provides critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services for children and their families. Register or donate here!

Late Night Breakfast
Join Housing and Residence Life in The Loft for Late Night Breakfast! This event will take place from 9 to 11 p.m. Thursday, April 29. Stop by and enjoy the breakfast buffet!

Parent and Family Tip
Check in with Your Student
As finals week plays out, urge your student to get plenty of rest, eat three meals a day and stick to a schedule. The brain functions best when the body is taken care of. Help your student stay focused by sending encouraging words their way, reminding them that you are proud of them and letting them know they are supported.
