First Draft of the SFY 2027 Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Guidelines Has Been Posted for Public Comment

The first draft of the SFY 2027 Ohio LIHTC guidelines can be found on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's website here. 

OHFA will accept comments on the draft through Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Comments may be submitted in writing to StateTaxCredits@ohiohome.org.

OHFA invites you to participate in a forum to discuss the first draft of the SFY 2027 Ohio LIHTC guidelines. During this forum OHFA will discuss the updates and changes to the guidelines.
