First Draft of the SFY 2026 Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program Have Been Posted for Public Comment

The first draft SFY 2026 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with Ohio LIHTC guidelines can be found on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's (OHFA's) website here. 

OHFA will accept comments on the draft through Sunday, March 9, 2025. Comments may be submitted in writing to StateTaxCredits@ohiohome.org.

Ohio LIHTC and BGF Public Forum

OHFA invites you to participate in a forum to discuss the SFY 2026 Ohio LIHTC and 2025 BGF draft guidelines and processes. OHFA’s 4% LIHTC team will walk through the draft guidelines to seek input on everything from threshold requirements to competitive criteria.
