First week of dance information

WELCOME!

I'd like to welcome all of our new and returning families to The Dance Centre's 29th season of dance! Your teachers are looking forward to seeing you back in the studio starting on September 9th.

Please keep up on your TDC emails for all important information and dates. All important information will be sent home via email so it is very important that you remain on our email list and open all TDC emails.

2024-25 Handbook

OPEN HOUSE: Shoe Fitting

Next Tuesday is your last chance to take advantage of En Arabesque's Pop Up Shop at TDC. Be sure to sign up for your shoe fitting (link below). Open House will be from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

New Class Sessions

Ages 2-3

WEDNESDAYS 9:30AM

Adult Beginner

MONDAYS 7:00PM

Some important things to remember before you come to your first class...

Please label all shoes/water bottles with your dancer's name.

Students MUST be pre-registered and approved for class before attending.

In order to avoid over crowding in our lobby/hallway, we ask that dancers continue to be dropped off and picked up at the front entrance whenever possible (exception: students ages 2-5 may be accompanied in the lobby by a parent).

Class Schedule

Check out our Fall 2024 Class Schedule. We want to make sure you are coming to your class at the correct time. If the class you were hoping to join is full, please place your child's name on the wait list and choose a 2nd option. Spaces may open in the first few weeks as families make changes to their schedule. If a 2nd option is not available, let us know! We may be able to open additional class times.

Classes with less than 5 students enrolled may be cancelled in mid-October. If you have a small class, please feel free to bring a friend. Don't keep a good thing to yourself!

Tuition Reminder

The 1st tuition installment for the monthly plan will be charged by Monday, 9/9/24. If your first tuition charge is outstanding on 9/10/24, please log in to your Parent Portal to add a credit card for recurring billing. All remaining installments will be automatically deducted during the first week of each month.

If you have chosen the full year option and would like to take advantage of our early discount, please remember that the deadline is September 30 for the 10% discount!
