1st Seder, Saturday, April 12th – contact us if you need help finding a seder.
2nd Seder, Sunday, April 13th – Community Seder at NSJC, 7:45pm.
Thursday, April 10th
Siyyum Bechorim/Fast of the Firstborn at 7:30am (minyan)
Search for Chametz starting from 7:56pm
Friday, April 11th
Burn chametz by 11:47am (it is preferable to no longer have chametz in the house after this point though it can technically be eaten until midmorning on Shabbat)
Candle Lighting for Shabbat at 7:10pm
Saturday, April 12th
Eve of Passover
Regular Shabbat Services at 9am
Minchah about 1:15pm
Stop eating chametz by 10:39am – (it is preferable to no longer have any chametz left in the house at this point and use egg matzah that is kosher for Passover for Shabbat instead of challah. Regular matzah should not be eaten until the first seder)
Dispose of any remaining chametz by 11:45am
No Ma’ariv
Candle Lighting is after 8:11pm
Sunday, April 13th
First Day of Passover
Shacharit at 9am
Minchah about 1:15pm
Community Seder at NSJC, arrive at 7:45pm
The second seder should start after candle-lighting.

Monday, April 14th
Second Day of Passover
Shacharit at 9am
Minchah about 1:15pm
No Ma’ariv
Havdalah at 8:13pm

Seventh Day of Passover

Friday Night Services at 7:30
Shabbat Morning at 9am

Eighth Day of Passover
Shacharit (during which Yizkor will take place) at 9am
Minchah about 1:15pm
No Ma’ariv
Havdalah (End of Holiday) at 8;19pm, after which time “new” chametz bought from non-Jews can be eaten. Do not eat your “sold” chametz before 9:20pm (before this time it has yet to revert to your ownership, per the terms of your sale of chametz).
