Staying Fit at Home!
Practice may have been cancelled due to Coronavirus, but you can stay fit and ready for when practice starts again! Fit 5 and Fitness Cards can help our athletes to keep on track. Check out Fit 5 materials below.

Fit 5 Videos and Fitness Cards
Follow these Fit 5 video to get your workout done at home. Start with level 1 and follow the three videos for a total of 30 minutes a day. Increase level(1-5) a weekly basis.

Track your exercises at home
Use this week long exercise calendar to meet your Fit 5 goal of exercising 5 days a week.
