20th Anniversary Personal Training Sale| April 1-9

AdvantageHealth is celebrating 20 years in 2021 and we want you to celebrate with us. For a limited time we are offering 20 minutes of personal training for $20! You choose how many minutes you want to purchase (20 minute increments) and how you want to split up your training time, 20 minute, 40 minute, or 60 minute sessions.

The Sustainable Living Challenge | April 12 - 30

Join the challenge! We will send you a weekly email with tips and ideas on how to make better choices for your body and the planet. Share your successes with us and you will be entered into a drawing for a weekly prize!
Possible prizes include:
reusable zip-top bags- use instead of one time use plastic baggies
reusable utensils- keep these at your desk or in your bag to use instead of one time use plastic take out utensils
Downtown Dash 5k Training Program| Begins April 19

COST: Virtual race + 5-week training program: $35

WHAT YOU GET: Training program starts April 19 and includes a running plan, weekly virtual strength class, & a weekly virtual stretching/recovery class. The live classes will be held on Zoom and recorded for participant access.
